At The Oaks at Spring Garden, we have lots of options and hopefully we can meet your needs. Most leases run from mid-August to July 31 of the following year. Leasing options are based on that profile of approximately 11 ½ months. These rates are outlined below. You may Move-in prior to mid- August, such as May or June, if space allows; early arrival is at the same rate as your usual rent.

2 Person Option - 2 rooms each / private bath

FLEXIBLE LEASING OPTIONS
If you need to have a different leasing period, we will try to accommodate you, as availability permits us to do so. Generally, if you have a lease that is designed for you to leave under 11 ½ months, the cost is an additional $50 per month for periods 7-10 months and additional $100 per month for periods 6 months or less.

Add this to any of the prices above and it may seem like a lot, but it gets you in-and-out without any sub-leasing or other problems of having to pay for a lease after you leave, and it is less than it would cost for the full lease and a lot less difficult for you to manage.
