Most leases run from mid-August to July 31 of the following year. Leasing options are based on that profile of approximately 11 ½ months. These rates are outlined below. You may Move-in prior to mid- August, such as May or June, if space allows; early arrival is at the same rate as your usual rent. 

Single Floorplan:

$379/month/per person

If you prefer extra space for storage or office, simply lease 2 bedrooms.  Opt not to share your bathroom... lease the adjoining bedroom for total privacy.
